There is no contract, upon sign up, you will receive a full month of custom posting that you approve and we will start scheduling that out to post for you. Clients may cancel up until the next batch of post planning and curation is completed. We typically will reach out 7 days before the next batch to get updates and feedback, at that time you may share whether you want to stay, freeze or cancel.

Our team will curate the content from feedback provided form your onboarding form, your website, our discussion with you and any additional content you send.  We will put the content together and create a custom template that will consist of 5 themes for the week. We will then place the content within the themes. Some of the most common themes are:

Themes are custom to the business and overall goal. We will work with businesses individually to adjust themes for topics or content that is not available to share.

Our experience with a variety of businesses gives us the know-how and edge of knowing what is trending, popular and may or may not work for a business in a certain area. We use a combination of  trending themes, business goals/focus, #hashtag traffic and promotion strategies to create the best social media calendar plan.

When you sign up, your price will remain the same. In the event that there is something happening at the business that requires you to freeze your account, we will freeze your account posts for 30 days and hold your pricing at the original sign up rate. If in fact, after the 30 day period our client does not reply or wish to resume, we will cancel the account with no penalty and the promotional rate will not be available for re-sign up in the future.

You may cancel within 14 days with no questions asked. We ask that you contact us directly via email at hello@newcustomers365.net or call us at 888-222-0864. We do not tolerate charge backs without any communication and will respond to the dispute. We do our best to make our clients happy, we would rather immediately refund you than be charged a penalty fee. We remind our clients that we are a small business and are not perfect, and we strive to provide the best communication and service we can.

All of the posts we created whether it is with your images and wording or creatives that we provided belong to you and you may use in the future on your website, or to re-post on social media.

When you get started with us, our social media platform allows you to login and connect your social media accounts without providing your password to us.

Please communicate with us. The package purchased includes one month of custom curated and designed posts that are pre-scheduled. If in fact you need to make an announcement or last minute awareness, we will do our best to create a custom post for you or point you in the right direction on the best way to make an announcement in the most professional manner.

Upon signing up online, you will immediately receive an onboarding email that you will need to fill out so we may start the process of putting together our research plan, reply with any questions and start the design process.

Upon that completion, we will reach out to confirm any questions we may have, and within 48 hours, you will receive proofs with custom content and post designs to support your companies branding colors and style.

We do our best with the cooperation of our clients to have accounts available for review within 48 hours. If a new account is created during the weekend, the onboarding process will start that next Monday and you will receive proofs to review within 48 hours.

Our posts are custom to our clients, and they are designed with their needs as the main focus. Every client and business has its own style and unique interest. We have proofs that will showcase what some of our clients are looking to showcase on social media. We will customize your content with you to ensure the same is available to you.

You will have access to our social media platform which allows you full access to upload your own images and captions and push them to your connected accounts for no additional cost.

Our managed services division works with existing clients who have at least been with us for a minimum of 1 month and we create custom campaigns where the client is responsible for the monthly ad spend and is charged a management/consulting fee to put the ads together. This service is offered on a one to one basis.

When you sign up for our Starter, Growth or Expansion package; you are purchasing custom-curated social media content and posts. We are responsible to create meaningful and professional content that will be placed on a custom-created social media template whether its themed or custom to the message of choice; we will give the best and most professional look to best represent your business. We create a month full of posts that will consist of 1 post per day, for a total of 5 per week.  This does NOT include sponsored ads, boosted ads, postings in groups or other one to one communications. We are posting to your business page for public view.

Upon sign up, we will add you to our social media management platform that will allow you to see all your scheduled posts upon final approval, and you will also be able to upload your own posts and push them on your connected networks.

You will have access to automate postings to main networks, edit, see reporting, use our content management, recycle successful posts, and have one inbox to see all notifications. You will do less individual social networking logging and do more all in one posting and content management with our platform.
